A terrible situation happened with my grandpa and some asshole in the neighborhood. He had this big black cat for like 11 years, outside cat. One day he was sitting on his backporch and then these pitbulls came up the steps and tore the cat apart. My grandpa witnessed the whole thing but couldn’t do anything to stop it. He confronted the owners of the pitbulls about mending their fence that’s completely torn in one section, which they still haven’t done despite having animal control reminding them to do so. And when my grandpa told the owners what happened to his cat they just said “Maybe you shouldn’t have an outside cat then”.
Fucking ignorant.
